As Sri Agnishwar Mahadev and Bhog cross the road and head south at Kurmabedra, a statue of Satya Narayan is made of 5 feet 10 inches black muguni stone.  The temple is 25 feet high and has five chariots.  Sridevi and Bhudevi exist on both sides.  Devotees flock to this temple on every full moon and Sankranti.  During the procession, he stood in front of the temple without seeing Agnishwar, Anant Basudev and Satya Narayan, raised his hands and looked at Chakra Narayan, Neelchakra, Dhwajabir, Patitapavan and Kapichandra.

 ଶ୍ରୀଅଗ୍ନିଶ୍ଵର ମହାଦେବ ଓ ଭୋଗ ରାସ୍ତା ପାର ହୋଇ କୂର୍ମବେଢା଼ରେ ଦକ୍ଷିଣକୁ ଆଗେଇ ଆସିଲେ ୫ଫୁଟ ୧୦ଇଞ୍ଚ କଳା ମୁଗୁନି ପ୍ରସ୍ତରରେ ନିର୍ମିତି ସତ୍ୟ ନାରାୟଣଙ୍କ ବିଗ୍ରହ ଦେଖାଯାନ୍ତି। ବେଢ଼ାର ପତନଠାରୁ ୨୫ ଫୁଟ ଉଚ୍ଚତା ଓ ପଞ୍ଚ ରଥ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଏହି ମନ୍ଦିରଟି ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳେ । ଦୁଇ ପାର୍ଶ୍ଵରେ ଶ୍ରୀଦେବୀ ଓ ଭୂଦେବୀ ବିଦ୍ୟାମାନ । ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିମା ଓ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତିରେ ଏହି ମନ୍ଦିରରେ ଭକ୍ତମାନଙ୍କ ଭିଡ଼ ହୋଇଥାଏ । ବେଢ଼ା ପରିକ୍ରମା ସମୟରେ ଅଗ୍ନିଶ୍ଵର, ଅନନ୍ତ ବାସୁଦେବ ଓ ସତ୍ୟ ନାରାୟଣଙ୍କୁ ଦର୍ଶନ ନ କରି ଏହି ମନ୍ଦିର ଆଗରେ ଠିଆହୋଇ ଦୁଇ ହାତ ଉପରକୁ ଉଠେଇ ଚକ୍ର ନାରାୟଣ, ନୀଳଚକ୍ର, ଧ୍ଵଜାବୀର, ପତିତପାବନ, କପିଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ଚାହିଁ ନିଜକୁ ସମର୍ପିତ ଭାବେ ଅର୍ପଣ କରିଦେଲେ ସେହି କାଳିଆ ଠାକୁର ପ୍ରାପ୍ତି ହୋଇଥାନ୍ତିର ବିଶ୍ଵାସ ରହିଛି।
