(କାଶୀ ଵିଶ୍ଵନାଥ), ବାଇଶି ପାହାଚରେ ଚଢି ଯିବା ମାତ୍ରେ ବାମ ପାର୍ଶ୍ଵରେ (ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଗରେ) କାଶୀ ବିଶ୍ଵନାଥ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୫ଫୁଟ ଉଚ୍ଚତାର ମନ୍ଦିର ଯାହା ୧୬୧୧ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟାବ୍ଦରେ ବିଧିବଦ୍ଧ ଭାବେ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଟିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଗବେଷକ ପଣ୍ଡିତ ସଦାଶିବ ରଥଶର୍ମା ମତ ପୋଷଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଯୋଗଶାସ୍ତ୍ର ମତେ ବିଷ୍ଣୁ ଦର୍ଶନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଯୋଗେଶ୍ଵରଙ୍କୁ ଦର୍ଶନଙ୍କୁ କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ି଼ଥାଏ। ଆଉ ଯୋଗେଶ୍ଵରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତୀକ ହେଲେ ଶିବ ଓ ବିଷ୍ଣୁ ସ୍ଵୟଂ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ। କାଶୀ ବିଶ୍ଵନାଥ ଲିଙ୍ଗର ଉଚ୍ଚତା ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୦ଇଞ୍ଚ ଓ ଶକ୍ତି ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଗାଭିମୁଖୀ । ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ନିର୍ମିତ ହର ପାର୍ବତୀ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ୧୦ଇଞ୍ଚ ଉଚ୍ଚତା ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ପୂଜିତ। ପ୍ରବେଶ ଦ୍ଵାରର ଓସାର ମାତ୍ର ଅଢେ଼ଇ ଫୁଟ ଓ ଉଚ୍ଚତାରେ ୪ଫୁଟ । ଶୀତଳ ଷଷ୍ଠୀ, ଶିବ ବିବାହ ଉତ୍ସବ ଠାକୁରଙ୍କ ଜଳାଶାୟୀ ନୀତି ହୋଇଥାଏ। ପଶ୍ଚିମାଭିମୁଖୀ ଅନନ୍ତ କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ମନ୍ଦିରଟି ଭାରତ ବର୍ଷରେ ଖ୍ୟ୍ୟାତି ଓ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧି ରହିଅଛି।
